Our Managing Director, Gerry Kipling, has been in the property industry for approximately 30 years, with over 25 years in Asia. Ariving in Hong Kong in 1982, Gerry established the Property Management Division of Jones Lang LaSalle, later becoming the Managing Director of their Hong Kong office in 1996 and then Chief Executive Officer of their Asian operation in 1999.

With a passion for Hong Kong, Gerry saw a need for focused property asset management service in the market, and in 2002 with like minded colleagues set up PropertyOne. Gerry brings his experience and commitment to the delivery of highly professional service standards.
